JOB TITLE: Housekeeping
The Housekeeping staff is responsible for ensuring the facility is kept in a clean and orderly condition. He/she must process a basic understanding of cleaning techniques.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The following is a list of the main duties/responsibilities. Other duties may be assigned as necessary by the supervisor/manager.
- Takes steps to maintain and clean all assigned areas within the physical structure of the building, outside grounds, parking areas, casino floor space, public areas space and utility systems.
- Uses equipment and supplies as required ensuring cleanliness. Provides excellent service to both internal and external customers, maintains a standard of excellence.
Must be knowledgeable and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, laws, internal policies/procedures and internal controls.
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
- Understanding of the safe use of equipment and chemicals used in cleaning.
- Preferred minimum two years of experience in maintenance or commonly used practices in the field.
