HOUSEKEEPING
SUMMARY:
The Housekeeping staff is responsible for ensuring the facility is kept in a clean and orderly condition. He/she must process a basic understanding of cleaning techniques.

Takes steps to maintain and clean all assigned areas within the physical structure of the building, outside grounds, parking areas, casino floor space, public areas space and utility systems.

- Must be knowledgeable and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, laws, internal policies/procedures and internal controls.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Understanding of the safe use of equipment and chemicals used in cleaning.

PLAYERS CLUB REPRESENTATIVE
SUMMARY:
Responsible
for the success of the Player’s Club, by assisting customers through the
membership process, and explaining the benefits of membership. Performs reception area
functions by greeting guests, and receiving calls while coordinating reception
area traffic flow. Performs all functions in accordance with applicable
gaming laws and regulations, as well as Sac & Fox Casino’s established
policies, procedures.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
The following is a

- Distribute Player’s Club membership forms to customer at Player Club counter, and assist customers in completing membership.
- Maintain a working knowledge of the Player’s Club, as well as other casino events, in order to effectively explain to customers
- Provides smooth, courteous and efficient service to customers
- Maintains the confidentiality of applicant, employee and departmental information.
- Answers phones, receives and routes incoming messages and inquires.
- Gives information to callers or routes calls to appropriate department

- Issues complimentary items for customers when appropriate level of play or promotion requirements has been established

FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER
SUMMARY: This position is responsible for the successful operation of the Snack Bar and Retail venues. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, quality service, staffing, inventory ordering and control, equipment maintenance, quality guest service, compliance with state and federal food service regulations and achievement of profitability goals. Performs all functions in accordance with applicable gaming laws and regulations, as well as Sac & Fox Casino’s established policies, procedures.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: The following is a list of the main duties/responsibilities. Other duties may be assigned as deemed necessary by reporting supervisor/manager.
- Supervise the overall daily activities of the Snack Bar and Retail operations, ensuring compliance with company and department policies and procedures. Assist in the identification, development, and implementation of process efficiencies.
- Ensure company funds and assets are safeguarded and accountability properly maintained
- Ensure compliance with all applicable food service regulations. Ensure adequacy of internal controls over cash handling, sales recording, funds accountability, inventory management, and food preparation, storage and handling.

- Assist in the development of the annual budget. Analyze operation statistics and financial results to budgeted goals. Make recommendations to improve profitability to the Director of Operations.

SLOT ATTENDANT
SUMMARY:
Provides exceptional customer service by
quickly responding to machine lights and ensuring that gaming machines are in
good working order. Provides instruction to customers on how to play electronic
casino games. Performs all functions in accordance with applicable laws and
gaming regulations, as well as established policies, procedures and controls.

MARKETING MANAGER

SUMMARY:
Oversees the operations of marketing, promotions and customer services. Delegates work assignments for all shifts. Supervises the work record, appraisal, and developmental plan for all employees. Inspects individual employee performance against standards to ensure guests and excellent working environment for employees. Completes projects as assigned by the General Manager. Coordinates, designs, plans, and implements casino marketing activities consistent with requirements of organizational efficiency and available facilities and funds by performing the following duties.

SUMMARY:
The General Manager oversees and performs extensive administrative duties, by evaluating, and reviewing technical work pertaining to the progress and profitability of the gaming operations. The General Manager also has the overall responsibility of ensuring compliance in accordance with the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act and with gaming regulatory entities such as; the National Indian Gaming Commission and the Sac and Fox Nation Gaming Commission. Also included in the responsibility of this capacity is to the establishment and the assurance of compliant internal policies and procedures through working knowledge of the Minimum Internal Control Standards (MICS), the Tribal Internal Control Standards (TICS), and the Tribal State Compact.

QUALIFICATIONS:

FACILITIES MANAGER

SUMMARY:
Manages and coordinates activities of workers engaged
in repair, maintenance, installation of machines, tools, and equipment, and in
maintenance of buildings and grounds. Reviews job orders to determine work
priorities, ensuring continuous operations. Performs all
functions in accordance with applicable gaming laws and regulations, as well as
Sac & Fox Casino’s established policies and procedures.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Other duties may be assigned as necessary by management.
- Directs maintenance activities on utility systems to provide continuous supply of heat, steam, electric power, gas, or air required for operations.
- Develops preventive maintenance program in conjunction with maintenance staff.
- Reviews production, maintenance reports and statistics to plan and modify maintenance activities.
- Inspects operating machines and equipment for conformance with operational standards.

INVENTORY SPECIALIST

SUMMARY: Responsible for incoming and outgoing
shipments, inventory storage, inventory control and recordkeeping. Maintains inventory management system and
facilitates asset relocations. Assists
department managers to maintain inventory controls and evaluate budgets.

1. Responsible for receiving, handling, storing, cleaning,

annual inventory counts.

7. Remain aware of promotions and events to maintain

or concerns of shipping shortages or overages to Purchasing Specialist.
10. Examine products or materials to estimate quantities or
weight and type of container required for storage or transport.

products in a safe and secure manner and climate-controlled if necessary.
12. Implement necessary processes for receiving and inventory
controls to adequately safeguard the assets of the casino and prevent loss.

and scheduled inventory counts.
Minimum Qualifications for Consideration
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Associate degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field, OR three (3) years experience working with purchasing processes, inventory, assets, vendor relations OR an equivalent combination of experience and advanced education.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Knowledge of safe driving rules and practices, safe lifting and carrying practices.
- Knowledge of basic work maintenance practices, tools and equipment.
- Experience in bar coding, inventory controls, and pars.
- Proficient in computer usage; proficiency in MS Office software.
- Knowledge of OSHA and hazardous material handling, labeling, and storage.
- Ability to deal diplomatically and professionally with the public, Tribe and staff.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Sac and Fox Nation Gaming License
